Experience the brewing process like never before—side by side with our professional brewers! Our "Be a Brewer for a Day" event allows you to immerse yourself in the art of brewing.
The entire brewing process, from milling to chilling, takes about 45 days on average, so please account for this production time when booking. Good things can’t be rushed!
Choose Your Preferred Experience Time Slot:
- 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM: Milling & Wort Production
- 1:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Boil, Transfer & Cellaring Operations
Brew Days typically last 2-3 hours and include:
- An exclusive one-on-one planning session with our Brewmaster
- Hands-on experience with the initial steps of the brewing process
- Conclude your day at the tasting room with either (1) flight or (1) pint of SCB beer per guest
- A behind-the-scenes brewery tour with in-depth explanations
Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks' notice for scheduling your brewing experience.
This event is available on Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday from 9 AM to 3 PM.
