For transferring the files you can use Google Drive Folder or We transfer. You have to upload your files in a folder on google drive or We transfer and share the download link.

How do I reset my account?

I clicked “Forgot Your Password?” and it won’t allow me to change it. What do I do?

Please try the following updated instructions to update your SCB Rewards Club account: To maintain your current account settings, Tier Status, Qualified Visits, and Rewards, please CLICK HERE and follow the steps below to register and complete your account.
  • First click “GET STARTED”.
  • Next, enter your email address on file & click continue. You will receive an email with a link.

Please note that until your profile is complete, you will not be able to earn Qualified Visits and/or redeem rewards. Rest assured, all your Qualified Visits and rewards will transfer over when you complete resetting your account.

I entered my phone number on the registration page and it won’t let me update my account.

If your error is on the registration page, please select the USA flag, the phone number must have a “+1” at the beginning, it should fix this error and allow you to enter your phone number successfully.

I am not receiving a link to my email address to update my account.

Please make sure that you are entering the email address that is registered with your StableCraft Rewards Club account.
This should be the email address in which you received our Rewards Club update emails.

How do I earn my reward?

Simply visit Stable Craft and give your server your phone number before you pay your bill. You must spend at least $15 on food and nonalcoholic beverage (excluding tax, tip and discounts) to earn a “Qualified Visit”.

What is a “Qualified Visit”?

When you spend at least $15 on food and nonalcoholic beverage (after any discounts and/or applied coupons; excluding tax and tip), you will earn a “Qualified Visit”.
Gift card or merchandise purchases do not apply (food and nonalcoholic beverage only). You may only earn one “Qualified Visit” per day.
Reward redemption visits do not count as a “Qualified Visit”. This includes a Birthday Reward Redemption.

What are the benefits of being a Stable Craft Member?

What are the different tiers?

We reward our loyal Stable Craft fans! We have 3 tiers of our Loyalty Program:
  • TIER 1: Walkaloosa - Receive 25% OFF your bill every 4th visit*
  • TIER 2: Trotter - Receive 30% OFF your bill every 4th visit*
To become a TROTTER, register 12 “Qualified Visits” during a calendar year (Jan – Dec) at Stable Craft Brewing. Your status is valid for the time you have earned it through Dec 31st the following calendar year. In order to maintain your TROTTER status, simply visit Stable Craft 12 times each calendar year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st).
  • TIER 3: Gallop - Receive 35% OFF your bill every 4th visit*
To become a GALLOP, register 24 “Qualified Visits” during a calendar year (Jan – Dec) at Stable Craft Brewing. Your status is valid for the time you have earned it through Dec 31st the following calendar year. In order to maintain your GALLOP status, simply visit Stable Craft 24 times each calendar year (Jan 1st – Dec 31st).

Do my rewards expire?

Yes. A reward earned must be redeemed within 90 days of earning the reward. A Qualified Visit will expire in 90 days. You must have 3 Qualified Visits to earn a discount on your 4th visit.

What if I forgot to tell my server I am a Rewards Member?

You can submit your receipt information and earn your Qualified Visit by submitting a Missing Claim Request Form! Only visits after you have enrolled into our rewards program will count. It may take up to 14 days to resolve your matter. Please note that Missing Claims MUST be filed within 30 days of the date printed on your receipt.

How can I access my rewards?

You can simply log into your Stable Craft Rewards account to view and access rewards.

How can I view what my tier status is?

When you log into your Stable Craft Brewing account, you will see the tier field displayed under available rewards.
Tier: 1 = Walkaloosa
Tier: 2 = Trotter
Tier: 3 = Gallop

Can I combine discounts on my 4th visits?

No, we cannot combine discounts.

Can I save my discounts?

No, if you earn a discount it must be redeemed on your next visit (within 90 days).

Is there a limit on how much I can save on my 4th visits?

Yes. There is a $50 maximum discount. Rewards are good for food or non-alcoholic beverages. This does not apply to tax or tip and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Can I earn a “Qualified Visit” on carryout?

For carryout, yes – as long as you inform the server or host of your Stable Craft account prior to payment.

Do rewards have any cash value?

No, they cannot be transferred and have no cash value.

Can Stable Craft alter the Rewards program?

Yes, we reserve the right to alter/cancel any reward or program at any time without notice.

Can multiple Stable Craft Rewards Members receive a “Qualified Visit” at the same time?

Only one Qualified Visit per guest check may be accrued.

Where can I get additional help with a Stable Craft Rewards account?

If you have any issues with the Rewards, please email info@stablecraftbrewing.com. Please allow 72 hours to respond and up to 2 weeks for requests to adjust your account for missing check requests.

Is my reward visit good for my entire bill?

Reward is good for food or non-alcoholic beverages. Does not apply to tax or tip and cannot be combined with other discounts.

Do visits prior to signing up for Stable Craft Rewards count?

No. Only visits accrued AFTER sign up can count toward Qualified Visits.
