New Menu Released: We’re ringing in the New Year with a brand new menu featuring house smoked beef brisket, bountiful bistro burgers and hearty skillet entrees. New menu items include brisket cheesesteak, shrimp & grits, pulled pork topped mac n’ cheese, burnt ends brisket, winter green apple salad and a s’mores themed Belgian waffle dessert.

Sunday Brunch Menu served 12-3pm: We’re upped our brunch game and want to share it with the world! Featuring breakfast poutine, CiderMosas, smoked salmon, corned beef and more. Check out the menu below and plan your next brunch outing at Stable Craft.

$12.99 Early Dine Specials served Wednesday-Friday from 4:00pm-5:30pm: The early bird saves the most this winter! Secret Smashburger Society Thursday’s: We’ll let you in on a secret…this is an unbelievable deal! Buy one secret smashburger for $8, get one FREE (2 burgers for $12). Our secret smashburger menu changes weekly and is only available in-house on Thursdays from 4-close while supplies last; may not be combined with other offers. 

Restaurant Week on January 24-28th: Join us for a week of culinary delights! Gluten Free Cider Pairing Dinner on Saturday, January 27th from 6:00-8:30pm: Take your tastebuds on a journey this January with Stable Craft's Gluten Free Cider Pairing Dinner on Saturday, January 27th. Taste our extraordinary craft ciders that have been tested and developed over the past few years, complemented with a delicious chef-inspired four-course menu that is also gluten free. 

This exclusive experience will include the opportunity to learn from our Cidermaker as you're walked through the fermentation and flavors of each cider, along with our Executive Chef describing the hand-selected ingredients for each plate. 

Seating is limited and expected to sell out; we recommend purchasing your tickets online in advance.

Taxes and Gratuity included; Non-refundable tickets. Inclement weather date is Saturday, February 6th from 6:00-8:30pm.
