Liola is our Imperial Farm IPA re-fermented in CatoctinCreek bourbon barrels with Sacchromyces "Bruxellenis"Trois producing a slightly tart and delicate citruscharacteristics. Pulled from the barrels, we thendryhopped it with a special blend of Chinook, Cascade,and Denali for a perfectly balanced drinking experience.
