What’s a cider festival without plenty of craft cider? Ciders on tap include our Green Apple Cider, which is a delectable blend of Granny Smith, Gala and Golden Delicious apples with the addition of a characterful English yeast, providing a one-of-a-kind crisp and semi-dry cider. Just Peachy Cider takes our crisp base cider to the next level by infusing sweet peaches and a hint of lemon to deliver a light, refreshing and juicy cider. This is available on tap, in bottles and in growlers to go.
Sly Dry Cider is an 8% ABV dry cider, reminiscent of an apple wine. Look for strong aromas of green apple on the nose with notes of tart apple on the palate, followed by a dry crisp finish. Available on tap and in growlers to go.
Blackberry Cider is a Stable Craft fan-favorite, thanks to its berry-filled juiciness. This cider packs a fruity punch of summertime sweetness in every sip. This is available on tap, in bottles and in growlers to go.
Cranberry-Orange Cinnamon Cider is the perfect cider for colder weather. This winter fruit zings best with a little citrusy zest! The classic combination of cranberries, oranges and cinnamon makes for a delightful treat, just in time for the holidays. Available on tap and in growlers to go.
In addition to our regular cider offerings, we'll be featuring a special and LIMITED Salted Caramel Cider that will be available on tap and in growlers to go, while supplies last. Make sure to grab some of this sweet & savory fall treat while it's here - this one won't last long!
We will also be serving up a special $30 seafood platter bundle that includes a Smoked Salmon Cake, Steamed Shrimp, Fried Oysters, Seafood Chowder, Jalapeno Cheddar Cornbread, Coleslaw, Sweet & Spicy Cocktail Sauce and one Craft Beer, Cider or Soda! Apple Themed Games will take place from 1-3pm on the outdoor patio. Show off your skills with an apple balancing race, apple toss game, or team up and take part in the hilarious “pass the apple” relay where you can use anything but your hands to pass an apple between team members! Winners will receive Stable Craft Brewing gift cards and bragging rights as the Ciderpalooza champs.
Albemarle Pipes & Drums will be joining in the festivities from 4-5:30pm with over 10 musicians skillfully playing bagpipes and marching drums. Steeped in the rich Scotch-Irish heritage of the Blue Ridge and Shenandoah Valley, Albemarle Pipes & Drums are dedicated to the preservation, education, and promotion of the music of the Great Highland Bagpipes and Drums in our community through performances in local festivals, parades, and events as well as instruction and mentorship to band members.
Stick around for more live music by local country trio: Wound Up from 6:30-9:30pm! Performing an array of new and old favorites, this group is sure to keep you entertained throughout the evening while you enjoy dinner and craft cider.
