Stable Craft Team

Craig Nargi, Owner | Operations Director

Stable Craft Brewing owner Craig Nargi is no stranger to building innovative businesses, and Stable Craft Brewing is just one in a long line of successful entrepreneurial endeavors. “Accomplished,” “passionate,” and “driven” are understated adjectives when it comes to describing Craig’s credentials. His fascination with food started early while growing up in Connecticut, where his exposure to a diverse mix of cultures and ethnicity fueled his interest in flavors and how food and drink connects people across religion, geography, and culture. Craig graduated from high school at 16 and was an executive chef by 23. He went on to serve as Executive Chef at Glenmore Country Club and Virginia Military Institute, and Sous Chef at Boars Head, Wintergreen and Kiawah Island Resorts. His experiences and dedication to family brought him to invent a farm-related business that melds his food service, leadership, operations, and design skills into a family-run business that allows for more togetherness.

Craig enjoys the creativity and team-building aspects of Stable Craft Brewing’s chef-inspired, working-farm model, particularly the opportunity to watch a group of professionals learn, explore, shine, and then experience the benefits of their hard work. His vision and problem-solving skills have allowed Stable Craft Brewing to navigate beyond a typical brewery operation into an award-winning, “outside the box” company that consistently raises the bar for other craft brewing businesses.

Nikki Nargi, Owner | Creative Director

Owner Nikki Nargi is the visual and marketing brains behind the Stable Craft Brewing and Hermitage Hill brand. As Creative Director, Nikki manages all aspects of ads, print materials, merchandise, packaging, and digital marketing. Starting out with an art degree and working in the gallery scene in Austin, Texas, Nikki’s path naturally progressed into a 21+ year graphic design career as an in-house designer for financial firms, telecommunications companies, in the collegiate environment, advertising agencies, and in the music/entertainment industry. Some of her notable designs were for Elvis Presley Enterprises and a variety of merchandise and promotions for celebrities such as Brian Regan, Shania Twain and Celine Dion, and Nickelback. No stranger to entrepreneurship herself, Nikki also owned her own business and is an integral part of the Stable Craft Brewing management team.

Like Craig, Nikki enjoys surrounding herself with other professionals and relishes the challenge of creating visually-remarkable marketing materials that showcase the high-quality products the other members of the team produce. Her artistic flair, attention-to-detail, and precise management of Stable Craft materials show in each image and design the company uses.
